Article 370 ke 7 saal baad bhi Forum for Human Rights ne report me kaha ke security improve hui hai lekin democratic normalcy abhi tak nahi aayi. Civil liberties shrink ho rahi hain, governance deficit hai aur LG ke paas zyada power hai. Report ne clear demand ki: statehood restore karo, 2019 Reorganisation Act repeal karo.
