Supreme Court ka Faisla, Chief Secretaries Ko Physical Appearance Ka Hukm

Supreme Court ne stray dogs ke mamle me chief secretaries ko exemption deny kiya, bola virtual ke bajaye court me physically hazir ho. SC ne complaint ki hai ki states aur UTs ne August directives par affidavits nahi diye. Justice Vikram Nath ne kaha, “Let them come physically,” aur criticize kiya ki yeh mamla municipalities aur state governments ne pehle hi solve karna chahiye tha, par action nahi liya gaya.
