Doctors Ko Shield, Patients Ko Dhoka

India mein Ayushman Bharat scheme ke andar fake doctors aur ghost patients expose hue, par govt ne mostly administrative action liya. US mein doctors ko fraud ke liye jail aur asset seizure hota hai, India mein Jacob Mathew case ke baad doctors ko arrest se immunity mil gayi. NMC aur state councils complaints ignore karte hain, jisse patients ko justice nahi milta.
