SC ne ED ko rok lagayi

Supreme Court ne clear kiya ke ED sirf suspicion par bank account freeze nahi kar sakta. “Reasons to believe” mandatory hai, warna action illegal hoga. Court ne Delhi HC ruling ko uphold kiya, bola investigation agencies ko proper basis dikhana zaroori hai. Ye decision citizens ke rights protect karta hai.
